Dear participants of 14-th IARU Region 1 Championships
1. Arrival and departure information
All participating societies are kindly asked to fill in
and e-mail as soon as possible the enclosed Information Sheet.
The receipt of the Information Sheet is the condition to provide a coach
transfer from/to Gdansk International Airport or ferry terminal.
2 Payments
The Organizing Committee is receiving payments without
stating the name of society. To help us, would you kindly together with the
Information Sheet,
attach an information on the sum transferred and date of bank transfer.
According to the payment conditions (see Bulletin No. 2), all payments received
after June 30, 2003 will be charged with additional sum of 10%.
Also payments charged with bank transfer costs shall be completed by the teams
on arrival to Cetniewo.
