According to the compulsory IARU Region 1 ARDF Rules

• Individual in each competition and age category,
• Team in each competition and age category

• Individual classification, I - III places - medals, diplomas
• Team classification, I – III place - medals, diplomas
• All competitors receive the diplomas of participation.

Fee for one participant for one day is the equivalent of 220 PLN

Fee for one participant for the whole Championships (5 days) is the equivalent of 1100 PLN

The above fee covers:

• Starting fee

• Accomodation in 1, 2 or 3 bed rooms with shower, wc, TV and telephone
• Board - 3 meals daily (Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner)
• Food packets in the competition days and departure day
• Transfer to the start and from the finish
• WC at the start and finish
• Free day cultural programme

• Parking
• Transfer from and to the International Airport Gdansk-Rembiechowo
• Hamfest
• Maps and souvenirs
• Free usage of the Sport Center facilities (swimming pool, sauna, tennis courts, training hall)

Camping “Chlapowo” at the Hotel “Miraz”, 2 km from the Cetniewo Olympic Sports Center

Fee for one participant for one day is the equivalent of 110 PLN

Fee for one participant for the whole Championships (5 days) is the equivalent of 550 PLN

The above fee covers:

• Starting fee

• Transfer to the start and from the finish
• WC at the start and finish
• Free day cultural programme

• Parking
• Hamfest
• Maps and souvenirs
• Place for installing the own tent

The approx. exchange rate as for 1 Nov.2002 is 1 Euro = 4 PLN

The deadline for reception the Letter of Intent by the Host Society is 30 March 2003.

The competitions are to be held up to 40 km from the Championships venue

The participation fee should be transferred to the account:

Payment till June 30, 2003 -full price 1100PLN per person – in hotel Cetniewo

or 550PLN per person – in camping

Payment after June 30, 2003 – full price per person - plus 10%

Payment for the days before and after competition: 300PLN per day and person.

The participation fee will be also accepted on arrival to Cetniewo (according to the agreement

with the OC) paid in cash to the Championships secretariat – full price per person plus 10%.
